The research aims to investigate and expose what organizational resilience is determine whether it a source of competitive advantage that drives the efforts leaders other stakeholders towards competitiveness. A documentary review was carried out for this work. In addition, qualitative methodological strategies case study data collection tools were applied. main findings work are organizations cultivate have more significant learning opportunity navigate through crises, overcome them transform.
